Safety Coordinator

We’re looking for a dedicated Safety & Training Coordinator to build and deliver safety training programs, conduct site inspections and audits, and help maintain a compliant, safe workplace for warehouse and manufacturing teams.

About the Role This role involves investigating incidents, overseeing documentation of safety and OSHA compliance, leading safety meetings, and collaborating with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture.

Base pay range $19.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

Build and deliver safety training programs

Conduct site inspections and audits

Help maintain a compliant, safe workplace for warehouse and manufacturing teams

Oversee documentation of safety and OSHA compliance

Lead safety meetings

Collaborate with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture

Qualifications

Warehouse or manufacturing safety‑coordination experience

Required Skills

Familiarity with safety regulations

Ability to support a mix of training, audits, and on‑the‑ground safety operations
