Requirements:
Design product features end-to-end — from understanding context and requirements, through user flows, wireframes, to polished UI and developer-ready specs.
Develop deep expertise in our products and end-to-end user experiences, understanding multiple complex use cases to inform thoughtful design decisions.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to define problems, explore constraints, and shape solutions that are both intuitive and technically feasible.
Communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively through documentation, reviews, and presentations, building shared understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to evolve and maintain our Design System — shaping components, documenting usage patterns, and helping ensure a consistent and thoughtful product experience. Contribute to style guides as needed.
Translate complex product goals and technical constraints into clear, intuitive interaction patterns and elegant interface solutions.
Participate in design critiques as a supportive and thoughtful team member, offering and receiving feedback that elevates both the craft and collaboration.
