This role has a dual focus: approximately 50% organizational communications and 50% marketing execution. The Associate will ensure the OSUHP’s internal and external messages are clear, consistent, and delivered effectively while also augmenting marketing operations and execution capacity. This position requires strong writing and content development skills, as well as the ability to manage processes, tools, and templates that streamline and professionalize our communications and marketing efforts.**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).* 2 years of relevant professional experience required in communications and/or marketing. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.* Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.* Experience in creating social media posts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Teams; Salesforce experience a plus.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, specifically InDesign and Photoshop* Strong organizational and project coordination skills.* Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused.* Collaborative mindset with ability to partner effectively across functions and with leadership.* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, specifically InDesign and Photoshop, a plus.**Our Comprehensive Employee Benefits Include*** An array of retirement plan options, each with a generous employer contribution.* Affordable health insurance options, including dental, vision and prescription coverage that begin on day one.* Paid vacation and sick leave, including short and long-term disability and paid parental leave.* Get the most out of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.* And much more!## Additional Information:## Location:Ackerman Rd, 700 (0921)## Position Type:Regular## Scheduled Hours:40## **Shift:**First Shift***Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
