Summary/Objective The
Executive Assistant to the CEO
is a trusted strategic partner who ensures the CEO’s time, priorities, and communications are optimized. This role requires exceptional discretion, organization, and anticipation, acting as the CEO’s right hand while supporting high-level initiatives and leadership rhythms.
Essential Functions Executive & Administrative Support
Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO.
Manage a complex, fast-moving calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned and protected.
Coordinate executive travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
Prepare, proofread, and polish correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Meeting & Communication Management
Organize executive and leadership meetings, including agendas and materials.
Attend meetings as needed to take accurate notes and track action items.
Ensure follow-through and accountability on CEO-driven initiatives.
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Strategic & Special Projects
Support special projects, leadership initiatives, and company-wide priorities.
Assist with executive-level planning, board preparation, and leadership events.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts tied to CEO's objectives.
Provide administrative and operational support as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
3–5+ years supporting C‑suite executives (EA, Chief of Staff, or similar).
Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive‑level documentation.
Proven ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
