Project Manager – Marketing
This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives for a premium London-based chauffeur service. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across multiple channels, including website, social media, paid advertising, email, and content marketing. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of designers, content creators, and developers, you will ensure all projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards. The position requires a strategic mindset to align marketing activities with business objectives, as well as a hands‑on approach to campaign optimization and performance analysis. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage creative teams and adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Deliverables
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across web, social, paid ads, email, and content platforms
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and ROI
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely completion
Facilitate effective communication between creative and technical teams
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and objectives
Requirements
Proven experience managing digital marketing projects, ideally within the luxury or service sector
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing best practices
Experience with UGC ad creation and performance tracking
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Familiarity with creative team workflows and digital campaign lifecycles
Based in the UK or able to work UK business hours preferred
