Stock options Solomon Page, an award‑winning specialty staffing and executive search firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with expertise in social media to join its Corporate Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in building, growing, and managing Solomon Page’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter), with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate brings an outside perspective on how brands show up on social media and has an interest in—or experience supporting—B2B brands. This role is highly hands‑on, supporting social content strategy, creation, scheduling, and performance tracking, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to elevate the brand’s digital voice. In addition, this role will assist in executing additional marketing initiatives such as email marketing, sales support materials (including decks, brochures, and RFPs), internal and external events, and the company's intranet. Key Responsibilities

Social Media

Source, write, create, and schedule engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, with an emphasis on growing audiences and increasing engagement Support the execution of social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, thought leadership, and visibility across platforms Manage and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent, timely posting Bring fresh, outside perspectives on trends, formats, and best practices for building, growing, and managing a brand on social media, with a preference for B2B‑focused approaches Monitor social channels daily and engage with comments, messages, and mentions as appropriate Track and report on key social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, and follower growth Content & Digital Marketing Support

Write, edit, and proofread content for social media posts, blog articles, website pages, and email campaigns Develop content for the weekly internal intranet email and corresponding web updates Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to adapt and repurpose content for social and digital channels Brand & Marketing Operations

Brand and format PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for client‑facing meetings Support the creation and updating of sales materials including decks, brochures, and RFPs Assist with logistics and marketing support for internal and external events, including tradeshows Order and distribute branded promotional items Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in a similar marketing or social media role and/or relevant internship experience Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, with an interest in audience growth and performance optimization Interest in building, growing, and managing brand presence on social media; B2B experience or exposure preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and effectively under short deadlines Self‑starter who is proactive, motivated, and adaptable Copywriting experience is a plus Experience designing graphics is a plus Technical Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience using Canva (preferred) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (a plus) Experience with marketing and email platforms such as HubSpot and/or Mailchimp (a plus) Experience using social scheduling, analytics, or automation tools (a plus) Mac proficient Team & Culture Fit
