Consumer Digital Engagement Associate, Marketing Covenant Health Overview

Position Summary Responsible for developing and maintaining a digital engagement platform for Covenant Health that provides marketing automation. Will develop an execution plan consistent with the department's content roadmap and achieve overall communications goals and objectives, build brand awareness, amplify thought leadership, and grow our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop a recommendation for the best digital engagement platform for Covenant Health's needs that provides marketing automation through email, SMS, and other digital platforms such as Covenant Health's app.

Engage consumers through email by building communication campaigns.

Lead, develop, and manage digital strategies that impact patient experience, grow audience, and drive loyalty.

Research and understand buyer personas per service line and develop strategies.

Remain up to date with the changing rules and landscape of social media, ensuring that Covenant Health is constantly on the cusp of the newest features and implementations.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone for all digital content.

Assist with SEO strategy, implementation, and measurement.

Map digital healthcare journey.

Manage multiple requests and competing priorities under tight deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality results.

Utilize creative thinking and innovation in problem solving.

Create, manage, and evaluate ROI for system-wide digital media campaigns.

Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards; complete required educational assignments annually; work toward achieving goals and objectives, and participate in quality improvement initiatives as requested.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing required.

Minimum Experience:

Three (3) years of professional experience in digital content marketing. Hands‑on experience creating content in WordPress or equivalent content management platforms with a thorough understanding of functionality and expected behaviors. Understanding of digital marketing principles. Experience in SEO strategy and implementation. Experience with digital analytics concepts, including Google Analytics and report generation, and with ADA and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Proficient in Microsoft Office.
