Position Description
Event coordination
Video and photography production
Website content creation and updates
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
3+ years of experience coordinating trade shows and events, including trade show logistics, booth coordination, shipping, exhibitor portals, and on‑site support
1+ year of experience in video production and editing
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment
Thrives in fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing or editing marketing copy for websites, email campaigns, and social media
Strong attention to detail in managing assets, filenames, and version control
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to travel to approximately five events per year
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with WordPress and Buzzsprout content management platforms
Experience managing and publishing content across social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
Working knowledge of brand guidelines and the ability to apply them consistently across digital and print assets
