Recruiting Coordinator for Wrestling focuses on developing and executing strategies to identify, evaluate, and recruit talented student-ath who meet athletic, academic, and character standards. Key responsibilities include managing the recruiting budget, ensuring compliance with all NCAA and conference rules, building relationships with prospective recruits and their families, and collaborating with coaching staff to support team development and success.

Required Qualifications

Strong experiential knowledge of the sport of wrestling and the recruiting landscape.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and other university staff.

Preferred Qualifications

Former wrestler or coach with a NCAA Division I Power 4 program.

Bachelor's degree.

The successful candidate will be required to have a criminal conviction check.
