Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records Record daily financial transactions in accounting software Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries as needed Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices Accounts Payable (AP)

Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments Manage payment schedules to ensure timely and accurate disbursements Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation Accounts Receivable (AR)

Generate and send customer invoices Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections Apply customer payments and reconcile AR balances Maintain accurate customer accounts and aging reports Forecasting & Financial Planning

Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity Assist with budgeting and financial projections Analyze financial trends and variances against budget Provide insights to management to support business decisions Reporting & Support

Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Provide reports and documentation for management, CPA, or external auditors Support year-end close and tax preparation processes Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role Strong knowledge of AR/AP, general ledger, and reconciliations Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential financial information Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience working in an in-house or small-to-mid-sized business environment Familiarity with payroll processing and sales tax filings Compensation & Benefits
