full-time Legal Intake Specialist
for our
Lithonia, GA and Conyers, GA locations. This role is
perfect for someone with a background in sales, customer service, or a high-call-volume environment
who knows how to engage potential clients, build trust, and guide them through the intake process. As the
first point of contact , you will
use your sales skills to connect with potential clients , empathize with them regarding their cases, and help them take the next steps toward legal representation. The ability to
communicate effectively, ask the right questions, and handle inbound calls with confidence and care is essential . We need someone who can
work independently
in a satellite office while staying connected with our team across multiple locations.
Legal experience is not required , but a background in sales or customer service is a must. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are a plus. If you have

Create an empathetic personal connection with potential clients to let them know we care about them and their concerns Utilize
customer service and sales techniques
to engage and educate potential clients about our firm’s services Determine the nature of cases and ask the appropriate questions needed for an attorney review Present attorneys with information needed to determine if the caller's case will be accepted, referred to another firm, or rejected Facilitate communication between attorneys and potential new clients Send and receive agreements for representation Provide necessary follow-up on pending intakes Complete referrals to other law firms Assist with routing calls to office staff The requirements of this role may change over time, and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service experience is highly valued Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy Previous legal experience is a plus, but not required Ability to build rapport quickly and provide an excellent first impression Firm knowledge of spreadsheets and data management, as well as computer skills Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Duluth, Atlanta, Marietta, and College Park offices for daily training for a few weeks, prior to transitioning to our Lithonia location Compensation $16 - $22 based on experience About Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C Attorney Gary Martin Hays, our firm's founder, used to defend insurance companies in personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death claims.
