Additional Information About the Role
BJC Healthis looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Managed Care Team. This critical role requires a professional who is adept at managing complex interactions between BJC Healthand external stakeholders concurrently.
Other responsibilities will include contract lifecycle management, credentialing and compliance tasks and being a regulatory liason.
Hybrid opportunity with expectations to be in office several days per month.

department includes multiple functions such as managed care contracting, financial analysis, systems and operations, value-based care and payment programs, payor and provider relations, and direct to employer solutions.
Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides administrative support to the department(s) as assigned. Additionally, the role coordinates special/specific projects and programs as per department management.
Responsibilities
Types and distributes memos, correspondence and reports and composes documents as needed.
Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.
Schedules meetings and appointments, routes correspondence.
Provides support to office assistants as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED
