up to $28/hour

About the Role Our client, a growing apparel brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join their team. This role is critical in supporting wholesale operations and acts as a key liaison between merchandising, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure the right product is available to meet customer demand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and reporting tools, and can manage multiple priorities efficiently. Prior wholesale experience and familiarity with industry tools is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for over 100 specialty and major accounts to charge and ship purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently

Maintain weekly reporting on wholesale sales, inventory, and account health

Communicate delays, shortages, and all other product updates across departments

Plan and enter all wholesale units to the production team in a timely and accurate manner

Collaborate with warehouse and factory teams to resolve issues and arrange all necessary shipping documents

Monitor inbound product flow and communicate any issues to sales and merchandising teams

Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support revenue tracking, performance monitoring, and account reconciliations

Troubleshoot data-related issues to drive process improvements

Resolve chargebacks and other inquiries from major wholesale accounts

Programs and Tools

ERP Systems: NetSuite, JD Edwards, Oracle are a plus!

EDI Platforms: SPS Commerce, Joor are a plus!

Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace (advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formulas)

Data tracking and reporting tools for inventory, sales, and account performance

Qualifications

Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Prior experience in wholesale operations, merchandising, or inventory planning preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
