Neuroscience Sales Specialist – Omaha, NE (Full‑time)

In this role you will serve as the primary sales representative for the Neuroscience therapeutic area, advancing the company’s portfolio within your assigned territory. Job Responsibilities
Drive sales performance by visiting HCP offices and mental health community centers, both in person and virtually, while ensuring compliance with all guidelines. Use the allocated budget strategically to achieve territory objectives and customize discussions based on customer needs. Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, and share insights with internal stakeholders. Provide input on resource allocation across customers and regions, identifying appropriate programs and resources. Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and other stakeholders to develop a local business plan that meets all business objectives. Partner with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices and support common goals. Accurately manage administrative duties, including work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, sample and expense reporting, and synchronization. Create a business plan based on the depth and breadth of customer needs, resources, and products. Complete all company and job‑related training on assigned timelines. Job Requirements
2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical devices (3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred). Experience selling launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar therapies highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record. Strong passion for improving patient outcomes and a patient‑centric mindset. High integrity and strict adherence to compliance policies. Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent decision‑making, and strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration. Track record of adapting to evolving environments, such as navigating the COVID‑19 transition. Ability to work effectively in a virtual telemedicine environment. Analytical skills to assess progress, diagnose performance issues, and identify new opportunities. Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences. Flexibility for meetings outside normal hours and occasional overnight travel; domestic travel to headquarters, training, and meetings is required. Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Skills
