Key Responsibilities
Engage with the public at
live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs
Deliver friendly, professional
customer service
to attendees, donors, and supporters
Clearly communicate
nonprofit missions, fundraising goals, and campaign messaging
Answer questions accurately while representing partner organizations with confidence
Assist with
event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination
Build positive relationships with community members and nonprofit partners
Maintain a high-energy, welcoming, and professional presence at all events
Qualifications
Outgoing, approachable, and confident communicator
Comfortable interacting with the public in face-to-face settings
Coachable, positive, and eager to learn new skills
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Reliable, professional, and available for an
immediate start
Previous experience in
customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or fundraising
is a plus—but
not required
