About the Role Join our team as an
Injection Material Handler
and play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly. You’ll ensure the right materials are delivered to the right machines, support mold changes, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
What You’ll Do
Ensure proper material flow to machines and maintain production lines.
Stage molds for changes and preheat molds as required.
Move and empty scrap racks; prepare plastic waste for processing.
Operate cranes (training provided) and grinders for material handling.
Perform TPM/PM activities and maintain housekeeping standards.
Monitor SILOs to prevent material shortages.
Handle hazardous materials after completing required training.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience & Skills:
Understanding of injection molding processes.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanners.
Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Certificates:
Crane certification or willingness to obtain.
Flexibility:
Available for any shift and overtime as needed.
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for entire shift.
Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures (facility is not climate‑controlled).
Must wear PPE and follow all safety protocols.
