Description We are currently hiring for the full‑time position of Fleet/Shipping & Biomed Clerk. This role supports logistics (fleet, deliveries), biomedical devices, and purchasing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Utilize FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, Shipstation, and Virtue to label, ship, and track all departments’ packages.
Manage daily Post Office deliveries.
Make gift bags.
Replenish and procure snack machine supplies.
Manage biomedical pump fleet.
Maintain leased vehicle fleet through Enterprise.
Provide purchasing support for snacks, supplies for corporate office and other locations.
Check WEX and Fleet requests and manage documents as needed.
Receive and unload warehouse shipments.
Make deliveries to infusion centers as required.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Document management, fleet vehicle handling, and common courier use.
Functional Competencies
Written and verbal communication; collaboration, teamwork, relationship building, multitasking, prioritization, initiative, decision making, planning, and coordination to meet deadlines.
