Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and store interior.
Ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.
Follow Walmart's cleanliness and safety protocols.
Compensation Hourly Wage:
$15.00 – $28.00 per hour . Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
