MON- FRI 12AM-830AM The Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with company standards. This role acts as the primary point of contact for team members and supports management in achieving operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates during assigned shifts. Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks such as loading, unloading, staging, and inventory movement. Train and guide team members on SOPs, safety protocols, and performance expectations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Assist with hands-on tasks when necessary, including material handling and equipment operation. Maintain accurate documentation and report any discrepancies or incidents promptly. Requirements: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse procedures. Forklift certification
