Summary of Position The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for facilitating and conducting the accurate movement and inventory control of various raw materials and finished goods across the plant.
Shifts & Schedule Day shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Night shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off; 4 days per week. Overtime is available.
Job Duties & Essential Functions
Work safely, following all safety policies and proactively participating in the safe work of others and the safety of the overall environment.
Replenish the production floor with raw materials based on the current product run.
Sequence material flow based on the production schedule/throughput and needs.
Track lot numbers of raw materials per ISO requirements.
Aide in supporting line changeovers for raw materials, removing old and prepping new for production.
Assist in removing finished goods from Injection and or Blow Molding cells as needed.
Conduct research in the IQMS system to determine on‑hand quantities of materials and the location of production‑needed materials.
Record all inventory movements accurately in IQMS real time using RF technology and disposition scanning.
Complete all daily fork/grab/dock‑lock reports accurately as required, reporting any concerns to leadership.
Assure all product is received, stored, transported, and organized accurately and without damage in the raw material staging areas.
Operate material handling equipment to load, unload, and move material safely.
Assist in regular cycle counting schedule and annual physical inventory as required.
Participate in and support continuous improvement efforts throughout the plant.
Support the 6S program in the production cells, reporting repeat variation to leadership.
Perform other support work as requested by Plant leadership.
Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required with advanced technical certificate or formal education preferred.
Must be 18 years or older.
At least two years of material handling experience with emphasis on inventory control.
Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience, specifically loading and unloading bulk materials.
Familiarity with RF handheld computers.
Exhibit excellent decision‑making skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Demonstrated capability in basic math and measurement.
Ability to follow guidelines independently and work as part of a cohesive production team.
Familiarity with basic business computer applications and mobile device applications.
Must be able to read and write in English to accurately identify packing information, follow work instructions, and QA alerts.
