Base pay range $27.00/hr - $30.00/hr

The Fulfillment Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily order processing, packaging, and shipping operations at L.A.B. Golf by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met. This position is responsible for supervising Fulfillment Associates while coordinating small parcel workflows, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting smooth product flow across departments. Working closely with the Distribution Manager and Production teams, the Fulfillment Supervisor enforces safety protocols, manages time and attendance, provides training and coaching, and serves as the first point of escalation for fulfillment & small parcel related issues. This role requires strong technical knowledge of fulfillment practices and small parcel operations, effective leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. The Fulfillment Supervisor balances hands‑on participation with oversight responsibilities, fostering a safe, organized, and detail‑focused environment that ensures every order is picked, packed, and shipped accurately to L.A.B. Golf’s customers.

Responsibilities and Duties Safety and Compliance

Enforce and uphold all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Lead by example in PPE use and safe work practices; correct unsafe behaviors immediately.

Support onboarding and training related to safety orientation packets, SOPs, and equipment use (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).

Operations and Oversight

Supervise daily fulfillment and small parcel operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of orders.

Assign and monitor tasks for fulfillment associates and small parcel team members to ensure productivity and accuracy goals are met.

Act as a working supervisor, assisting with picking, packing, and order processing as needed to support workflow and deadlines.

Serve as the first point of contact for on‑floor issue resolution and escalation.

Maintain accurate records of orders processed, inventory adjustments, and shipping activity.

Manage and report on key KPIs such as order accuracy, on‑time shipments, and fulfillment throughput.

Manage timecard punches, PTO requests, and sick time reporting for assigned team members.

Ensure fulfillment and small parcel areas adhere to 5S principles, maintaining clean, organized, and efficient workspaces.

Team Leadership and Training

Provide daily supervision, guidance, and coaching to fulfillment and small parcel team members.

Train employees on SOPs, order processing, inventory handling, packaging techniques, label application, and carrier selection.

Deliver ongoing coaching and performance feedback to promote accountability, accuracy, and skill development.

Maintain training logs and ensure team proficiency in all processes and SOPs.

Manage behavioral or performance issues with guidance and support from the Fulfillment Manager.

Foster open communication, teamwork, and a positive culture among staff.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

Conduct inspections to ensure orders are accurate, properly packed, and meet company quality standards.

Validate that small parcel labeling and packaging meet carrier and customer requirements.

Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or process gaps and provide input for continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with PreProduction, Production, and Shipping teams to address day‑to‑day operational challenges.

Contribute to the development and refinement of fulfillment and small parcel SOPs and work instructions.

Maintenance and Coordination

Monitor warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) to ensure proper functionality and safe operation.

Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of inventory and outbound orders.

Assist with coordination across departments to support efficient fulfillment, shipping, and delivery flow.

Communication and Collaboration

Participate in daily or weekly operational meetings and relay updates to team members.

Act as a communication link between staff, the Fulfillment Manager, and other departments.

Provide regular updates on operational performance, order accuracy, and shipment status.

Support company initiatives and assist managers with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Technical training or coursework in fulfillment, logistics, or leadership preferred.

Ongoing training will be provided on company systems, safety procedures, and fulfillment processes.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a fulfillment or warehouse environment preferred.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Hands‑on experience with order processing, inventory management, small parcel handling, and shipping operations strongly preferred.

Proven ability to train employees, maintain training logs, and participate in performance reviews.

Demonstrated contribution to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills

Thorough knowledge of fulfillment practices, small parcel operations, and warehouse procedures.

Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and documentation using ERP systems, Excel, Word, Google Docs, and communication tools (Email, Slack, Teams, SharePoint).

Ability to read, follow, and train others on SOPs, work orders, and operational standards.

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time management skills.

Comfortable with physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity.

Frequent movement within the fulfillment center, including between inventory, small parcel, and shipping areas.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently; heavier lifting with assistance or equipment.

Regular use of hands and fingers for picking, packing, labeling, and operating warehouse equipment (manual dexterity required).

Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, and crouching to access inventory or operate equipment.

Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.

Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required in operational areas.
