What You’ll Do

Create, launch, and optimize search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms. Manage budgets, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.

Build and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms. Oversee audience segmentation, creative testing, retargeting, and performance optimization.

Develop and execute organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and other platforms. Plan and publish content, grow engagement, and maintain consistent brand voice.

Write compelling ad copy and social posts. Design on‑brand digital assets (graphics, infographics, short‑form videos, thought‑leadership snippets) using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Monitor engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and growth trends. Provide regular reporting and insights to guide strategy.

Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.

Identify emerging trends and opportunities to stay current with SEM/PPC and social media trends to drive continual improvement.

Ensure all content complies with SEC/FINRA guidelines for financial marketing.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and/or social media management, ideally within financial services, an RIA, or another regulated industry.

Proven experience creating and managing end‑to‑end paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) with measurable ROI.

Strong portfolio demonstrating social media campaigns, graphic design work, and digital content creation.

Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging content.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with compliance in a regulated environment (SEC/FINRA) highly preferred.

SIE preferred, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple digital projects simultaneously.

Required Materials: Portfolio of work samples showing relevant campaigns and designs.
