Duties & Responsibilities

70%: Research & scholarly support – preparation of manuscripts, sending for review, submitting to journal online systems; inputting data for analysis; typing abstracts, letters, memos, cultivar registrations, grant proposals, etc.; typing annual plot plans; creating PowerPoints for presentations; printing, typing, and sending of emails.

30%: Accounting & administrative support – managing day‑to‑day accounting activities for assigned faculty including processing check requests, placing purchase orders, processing travel authorizations and expense statements, approving bi‑weekly payroll and leave requests.
