About the opportunity?

2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic - training on 1st shift for 2-3 months then transition to 2nd shift team.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic position is responsible for performing, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems across the facility, including but not limited to:

Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment

Replace electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices

Rewire motors and replace motor bearings

Troubleshoot and replace faulty electronic components

Interpret and work from electrical schematics and prints

Perform basic wiring and PLC troubleshooting

Test malfunctioning machinery and collaborate with other maintenance personnel to resolve issues

Lead by example in following and enforcing all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulation

Actively promote a culture of safety and ensure all maintenance activities are performed with safety as the top priority

Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance

Support plant operations during off-hours as needed
