About MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state‑of‑art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities
Must be able to pass and maintain powered equipment (forklift, etc.) certification which includes following all safety protocols, inspections, training, and recertification.
Utilize SAP transactions with 100% compliance throughout the warehouse and production movement process.
Move material from the warehouse to the production lines in a safe and efficient manner.
Monitor production line Kanban. When triggers are reached, replenish targeted materials.
Retrieve any empty material carts from production and return to warehouse for replenishment.
Communicate effectively with the Logistics Supervisor regarding approvals as well as inventory deviations. Some documented reporting will be required.
Continually review count findings, formulate improvements, and submit to the Logistics Supervisor for approval of actions.
Identify and report any defects whether inbound or within the movement process immediately to the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Team Lead.
Read, understand, and follow all policies within the training program and employee handbook.
Report any safety violations to supervisor or team lead immediately.
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean workspace.
Collaborate with Unloader for staging inbound material to unpacking areas to create a more seamless process.
Correct any inbound receipts that are not aligned to physical receipts. Must be able to troubleshoot systematic issues.
Non‑work‑related activities on the production line can lead to safety incidents. Therefore, unauthorized departure from workplace, chatting, listening to music, and dancing are prohibited.
Other duties may be required.

Basic Qualifications Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 or more years in a warehousing/logistics role
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Associate degree or higher post‑secondary education.
Intermediate knowledge of cycle counting process.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Communicate well through written and verbal methods.
Interpersonal skills that promote collaboration within multiple workstreams.
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Duties are performed in a warehouse environment using industrial forklifts or other material movement equipment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
Must be able to stand for the entire shift
Some overtime may be required depending on division's needs
