Job Requirements
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
Customer Communication
Handle inbound customer calls, provide clear information, resolve inquiries, and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Order/Account Management
Process orders accurately, manage logistics and shipping, and ensure timely fulfillment with minimal delays.
Vendor and Product Knowledge
Understand products and the industry, using resources to find answers and learn beyond data entry tasks, while utilizing vendor portals (Parker Hannifin, TrulinX, PhConnect, Distranet, TOPZ) for order entry, status updates, and vendor relationship management.
Cross Departmental Collaboration
Collaborate with production, sales, accounting, and other CSRs, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and resolve issues.
Training and Professional Development
Participate in ongoing product and pricing training to maintain accurate knowledge of products, company offerings, and pricing tools such as SPAs, price multipliers, and other pricing strategies.

Desire to learn and adapt to various mechanical scenarios specifically related to Fluid Power.
