Posted Friday, December 12, 2025 at 7:00 AM The Material Handler plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations at Mallard Manufacturing, a MacLean-Fogg Company. This position ensures materials are accurately handled, inventory is maintained, and production teams have what they need to succeed. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your work directly impacts operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Position Type:
Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt) Pay Range:
$18.25 – $18.83, based on skills and experience Shift:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities
Process, pick, and load shipments accurately to meet delivery schedules. Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks to ensure safe material handling. Receive, stock, weigh, and pack inbound and outbound materials. Transport raw materials to work centers to support production flow. Use JDE, RFS, and RF systems to track and transact inventory movement. Maintain accurate inventory levels and support cycle counts. Inspect, label, package, and organize materials to quality standards. Support overall warehouse efficiency through teamwork and flexibility. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic verbal and written communication skills. Basic math skills for counting and inventory accuracy. Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Qualifications (Required)
0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment. Experience operating powered industrial equipment. Ability to push or pull objects up to 30 pounds.
