We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners protect and improve their homes through exterior services including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. This is a field sales role focused on lead generation, inspections, customer education, and closing sales.
This position is ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, confident communicating with homeowners, and excited by performance‑based pay in a high‑demand industry.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and company‑provided leads
Perform exterior home inspections
Educate homeowners on product options, processes, and timelines
Assist customers with insurance claims when applicable
Present estimates and close sales
Maintain accurate follow‑ups and customer communication
Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
Valid driver’s license
Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills
Sales experience preferred but not required (training provided)
