Job Overview Prillamans Crane and Rigging Inc. is looking to hire three experienced Crane Operators to join our growing Field Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role for highly skilled professionals with extensive crane operation experience in commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Operators will be responsible for safe and efficient crane operation, setup, teardown, and rigging in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Operate telescopic swing (TLL) mobile cranes safely and efficiently on job sites

Read and execute lift plans, permits, and rigging layouts accurately

Build, erect, and disassemble cranes in accordance with safety guidelines

Maintain clear communication with field teams, riggers, and supervisors

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols

Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues

Work with cranes from manufacturers such as Link-Belt, Liebherr, and National

Participate in on-site safety meetings and maintain jobsite professionalism

Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and jobsite checklists

Travel to project locations as needed; per diem available

Qualifications

NCCCO Telescopic Swing (TLL) Certification – Required

Class A CDL with valid medical certificate – Required

Minimum 10 years of crane operation experience, including taxi crane work

Proficient in reading permits and executing lift plans

Familiarity with Link‑Belt, Liebherr, and National cranes

OSHA 30 Certification

Excellent driving record and ability to pass DOT medical exam

No criminal record

High school diploma or GED required
