Position
MMC Group is expanding! We’re looking for a
driven, coachable, metrics-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with
2–4 years of staffing industry sales experience
to help accelerate our business development efforts.
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (onsite). Perfect for a high‑activity environment, loves prospecting, and a clear path into an Account Executive role.
Compensation Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission
Responsibilities
Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings
Build pipeline for the sales team and help drive revenue
Research prospects and tailor outreach for better conversion
Consistently hit KPIs: calls, connects, meetings set, SQLs
Maintain top‑tier CRM accuracy
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine messaging
Participate in role plays, trainings, and ongoing development
Qualifications
2–4 years SDR/BD experience in staffing industry
Strong outbound prospecting skills
High‑volume outreach comfort (calls, emails, sequences)
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
Driven, coachable, professional, and eager to grow
