Material Handler Forklift Operator

Unload trailers, sort and label raw materials, put away product to pick locations, move materials to/from production areas, palletize / shrink wrap pallets, scan information using RF, load full pallets onto trucks using manual or electric pallet jacks. May operate forklift, order picker, manual or electric pallet jack equipment. Qualifications

For forklift operator roles, certification will be provided but previous equipment experience or certification is required. All positions require a high school diploma or GED. Post‑secondary education is a plus. Food processing or packaging experience. Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards is strongly preferred. Self‑directed and personally motivated. Attention to detail. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment while focusing on meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Good team player able to work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. Good attendance and performance track record. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
