Salary Range:
$51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime.
Install, calibrate, and test new production equipment and machinery.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repair.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proven experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
Relevant technical certification or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting beyond basic diagnostics
Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
HVAC/Refrigeration certification or specialized experience
Proficiency with CMMS/EAM administration or advanced reporting
