Coordinate production schedule by considering labor regulations, facilities maintenance and other factors that may disrupt or complicate production. Responsibilities:

Coordinate with other departments for scheduling conflicts Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processed to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures in SAP Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands Comply with information such as production rates and progress, material inventories, materials used, and customer information so status reports can be completed Factory store receiving parts Ensure signatures coincide with policy Obtain/update vendor contract information Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory Communicate with co‑workers, management, customers, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner Perform job in a safe manner Fulfill other administrative or office duties as needed What we are looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or logistics preferred but not required Strong organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills are required Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and management Physical Demands:

Safety glasses are required to be worn at all times within the plant. Physical demands require standing, working in manufacturing plant environment, walking manufacturing plant floor multiple times daily, bending, reaching, stooping, talking, working long hours and overtime as required.
