Operator I, Production

**Työn yhteenveto**Control or operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED)* Must be able to read, communicate, comprehend, and follow oral and written procedures and instructions* Must have the basic understanding of computers to check email and navigate the internet for safety training and have the ability to learn new systems quickly* Previous work experience in a food manufacturing/GMP environment is preferred* Ability to read, write, and speak English is required* Previous fork-lift experience is preferred* Mechanical aptitude; experience troubleshooting equipment and machines is preferred* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills**Physical Demands:*** Ability to work rotating 12- hour shift, 2-2-3 schedule (Monday, Thursday, Friday one week; Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday the next); including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed on a regular basis is required (5am - 5pm or 5pm – 5am)* Must be willing and able to work in manufacturing environments to include; wearing safety equipment, such as earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, hardhats, hairnets, and steel-toed shoes are required* While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to stand; walk (up and down stairs); twist; bend; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb for extended periods of time; and will require the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is requiredOlemme maailman johtava maku-, tuoksu- ja ravitsemusalan toimittaja, joka tarjoaa asiakkaillemme laajemman valikoiman luonnollisia ratkaisuja ja vauhdittaa kasvustrategiaamme.
