The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides a variety of clerical duties which include, but are not limited to, administrative support and clerical duties to the Access program, which is focused on intake and enrollment for all BTCS programs, completing non-clinical screenings with people seeking services, service documentation, answering phone calls, greeting clients and families, checking in clients (virtually or in person), scheduling appointments, insurance verification, completing financial reviews, processing payments (payment plans and copays), data entry, completing reports, providing productivity measures and tasks related to the Determination of Intellectual Disability in the IDD intake process. The CSR is responsible for the coordination of provider appointments and managing their schedules along with providing reminder calls to clients and works with various workstations and interacts with a variety of individuals and agencies and works in collaboration with all medical and clinical teams within Williamson County.
Hourly Salary Range: $17.30 – $22.05
.75/hour – Bilingual
.50/hour - Williamson County
1.00/hour – Tenure with BTCS
Up to $2.00/hour – previous experience with a community center in a similar

Minimum Qualifications
Must have valid Texas driver’s license and maintain approved driving status throughout employment.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to organize workspace and activities using initiative.
Follow oral and written instructions.
Must be able to learn how to input information into an electronic health record.
Ability to stay calm in a very fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working with clients and families in crisis.
Must be able to work collaboratively with other members of the adult, child/youth, crisis, intake, respite units and contractors.
Must be fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a person-centered medical, hospital or LMHA setting with an emphasis of working at the front desk and completing financial assessments is highly preferred as well as knowledge of both commercial and government insurance processes.
