Job Summary The Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition is seeking a Program Coordinator II who will serve as The DHN Lab Manager and is a critical role in managing the daily operations of The DHN Lab, supporting experiential learning for students, and coordinating designated projects and programs.
The DHN Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of The DHN Lab, serving as the main point of contact for all lab clients and student workers. Additional responsibilities include facilitating experiential learning opportunities for students, acting as a subject matter expert during community-based rotations in the Accelerated Coordinated Program (ACP) in Dietetics.
Successful candidates will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring smooth coordination of lab operations and projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, students, and faculty effectively. Proficiency with scheduling platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is required to manage appointments and maintain accurate records. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to mentor students and collaborate successfully with faculty and staff to support educational and research initiatives.

Excellent skills in Highly proficient with all MS Office applications, familiarity with body composition testing equipment.

Preferred Education/Experience
MA, RD, experience mentoring college students in leadership development
Driver’s license preferred
Registered Dietitian or eligible to receive credential strongly preferred
