Job Description We are seeking someone who is energetic, engaging, and community‑oriented and is interested in working in the greater Manchester community, identifying individuals who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless, in need of mental health treatment, and providing them with short‑term counseling, case management, and referral services. Our Homeless Outreach Specialists provide outreach to shelters, encampments, community human services agencies, and anywhere that our neighbors experiencing homelessness may be located. The ability to engage and partner with various community service agencies for the benefit of those experiencing homelessness is a must.

Requirements Education:

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working with persons receiving mental health services required.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy.
