Midwest Retail Services
Midwest Retail Services is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager who will own and execute all marketing efforts across the business. This one‑person, full‑stack marketing role is ideal for a self‑directed generalist who can think strategically and execute confidently.
You’ll drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through digital marketing, eCommerce, paid advertising, content, and sales enablement, working closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and playing a direct role in supporting sales growth.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimize the company website and launch a WooCommerce platform
Drive SEO, website traffic, and conversion performance
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn)
Create content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, email, and the website
Maintain brand consistency across all digital, print, and trade materials
Plan and execute trade show marketing, including booth design, logistics, and lead capture
Develop sales enablement tools (sell sheets, presentations, product guides)
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM reporting
Maintain lead and campaign data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Develop selling tools in Dynamics CRM with ClickDimensions
What Success Looks Like
Increased lead volume and conversion rates
Strong growth in web traffic, engagement, and search visibility
Efficient PPC performance and measurable ROI
Marketing that directly supports sales execution and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
4+ years of marketing experience (B2B and/or distribution preferred)
Strong experience with WordPress/WooCommerce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Proven ability to manage SEO, PPC, and performance analytics
Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a lean environment
This role is best suited for someone who likes ownership, autonomy, and impact—and who’s ready to build, run, and continuously improve a marketing engine that directly fuels sales.
