About the Role
The Associate Social Media Manager is responsible for executing day to day organic social content and production operations. This role blends operational excellence with creative support while working closely with the Director of Social and Content to bring campaigns, shoots, and storytelling moments to life across platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Social and Content on building and maintaining the multichannel content calendar. You’ll also play a hands‑on role in supporting biweekly or monthly in‑house content shoots, assisting with production logistics, on‑set needs, asset organization, and post‑production flows.
When needed, you’ll work cross‑functionally with our Influencer and Showroom Manager to support gifting initiatives, creator sourcing, and relationship‑building touch points.
This role requires someone who is proactive, cooperative, dynamic, and energized by building and strengthening meaningful relationships with our audiences on social media.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
Manage daily automated publishing across all social platforms (Instagram/Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Support the Director of Social and content in building, updating and maintaining the social content calendar
Maintain visual and storytelling consistency across channels adhering to brand guidelines
Monitor performance and flag real‑time insights, trends, and content opportunities
Develop and implement strategies with the Director of Social and content to increase engagement and community sentiment
Organize assets post‑shoot and ensure content is properly labeled, stored, and ready for publishing workflows
Content Production Support
Support biweekly or monthly content shoots in partnership with Director of Social and Content
Assist with shoot prep: building shotlists, product pulls, talent coordination and production logistics, drafting scripts
Provide on‑set support as needed: tracking/managing shotlist, supporting talent, managing assets
Help ensure shoots ladder back up to content needs across platforms
Support post production organization like asset hand‑off
Qualifications Must‑Have Skills & Experience
1–2 years of hands‑on experience working on brand social team managing day‑to‑day operational publishing tasks
Comfortable assisting on set or during content capture
Familiarity with short‑form video capture (workflows and best practices)
Keen understanding of evolving social media and creator landscape
Strong operational skills: organized, detail oriented, and reliable with daily publishing flows
Experience handling high volume community engagement
Experience supporting and scaling community programs ex. TYB, ambassador programs, broadcast channels
Excellent communicator with sharp writing skills and an intuitive sense of brand tone
Proactive, self‑starting mindset, the ability to take ownership on projects and move them along
Strong taste level with an eye for what resonates culturally and creatively
Experience in fine jewelry, luxury or fashion industry a plus but not required
Bonus: Experience with content creation (short form, UGC, basic editing)
Technical Skills
