Social Media Coordinator

to support and execute organic social media

across multiple consumer brands

within our portfolio. This role is equal parts

creative, organized, analytical, and culturally fluent . You’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day social execution—posting, community management, content support, and calendar organization—while collaborating closely with brand, creative, influencer, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate is

obsessed with internet culture , understands how brands win on social today, and thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment. Responsibilities

Curate, schedule, and publish organic content across multiple brand social platforms, including

Instagram (Feed & Stories), TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms Manage day‑to‑day posting and content calendars across several brands simultaneously Moderate comments, DMs, and community interactions to foster authentic engagement and brand voice Assist in the ideation and execution of social content for

product launches, retail moments, influencer campaigns, and cultural moments Support on‑set content capture, including shooting and editing short‑form photo and video content for social Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, influencer, partnerships, and brand teams to bring campaigns to life Track and monitor key social KPIs (engagement, growth, reach, saves, shares) across brands and platforms Stay tapped into emerging trends, formats, sounds, memes, and platform updates and proactively flag opportunities Provide ongoing insights and recommendations to improve content performance and community growth Qualifications

1–2 years of experience

in social media, marketing, or content creation (brand, agency, or creator background welcome) Strong interest in

consumer brands, pop culture, internet trends, and creator‑led businesses Proven ability to shoot and edit high‑quality social content (short‑form video + photo) Strong writing skills with an instinct for platform‑native, on‑brand copy Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands, calendars, and priorities at once Collaborative, curious, and solutions‑oriented mindset Proactive self‑starter with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment Experience with social scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools Compensation & Perks
