Next Door Photos is a locally owned real estate media company serving agents across Middle Tennessee. We deliver high-quality photos, video, drone, floor plans, and 3D tours. We're looking for a reliable, skilled, and people-first Media Pro to join our growing team.
This is a client-facing, fast-paced role that requires professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication.

Quick Facts
At least 20 hours/week of availability required
Opportunity to grow into 30–40 hours/week
Pay per job — average of $30–$50/hr equivalent

You’ll work solo, but have a strong team behind you
What You’ll Do
Shoot 3+ listings/week, 40–90 mins each
Upload files by 9 PM same day
Communicate clearly with clients + homeowners
Stay punctual, professional, and detail‑focused
Follow our shoot standards and quality expectations
Keep your availability updated via Google Calendar
Learn fast and take initiative
Are great with people (agents + homeowners)
Stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly
Communicate clearly and professionally
Thrive working independently without being micromanaged
Have a flexible, coachable, team‑first mindset
Take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way
Must-Have Gear To shoot real estate properly, your camera + lens setup must be able to shoot at 17mm or wider (full‑frame equivalent). If you’re not sure what that means, reach out and we’ll help confirm.
DSLR or mirrorless camera with a wide‑angle lens
Crop Sensor (APS‑C) camera + 10–22mm or 10–24mm lens (Your setup must be able to shoot at 17mm full‑frame equivalent)
Tripod with ball head
Reliable vehicle + high‑speed internet
Willingness to get Part 107 drone license (we’ll help)
Bonus Points If You…
Are already Part 107 certified
Are available for Saturday shoots (Sundays closed)
Have experience with real estate, interior, or video/3D work
We show up, serve well, and keep things simple.
