SUMMARY
TGW is currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer for the Integrated Systems Division, Sales. In this role you will work in our North American headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI and be responsible for creating visually strong and impactful graphics that move the needle for our business growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create graphics and visuals for digital advertising, social media, email, website, whitepapers, print materials, tradeshow booths, sales enablement materials and more
Support the development of customer presentations and supporting materials, collaborating with sales teams to create visuals that reinforce key messages
Support the website with the creation of header images and graphics
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and execute designs that align with marketing campaign objectives, brand strategy, and audience needs
Coordinate production of marketing content, including interacting with freelancers and agencies to review and finalize assets
Uphold and evolve the global branding guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all materials and platforms
Translate complex technical or conceptual information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail, deadlines, and brand consistency
Support the development and refinement of creative templates and process efficiencies
Stay current on design trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend new ideas to keep creative fresh and relevant
REQUIREMENTS Education Associates or Bachelor's degree in graphic design is preferred
Experience Five (5) or more years of experience in graphic design.
Travel 30% of travel as required, mostly domestic but could include some international trips.
Skills & Abilities
Highly proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom
Blender and/or Cinema4D experience preferred
After Effects and/or Premiere experience preferred
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy across both digital and print mediums
Familiarity with B2B marketing dynamics, including complex buyer journeys and multi-touch campaigns
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Physical and Cognitive Requirements
Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 20 lbs on occasion.
Ability to use office equipment, computers, and various electronic devices constantly throughout workday.
Ability to move around office environment and reach with hands and arms regularly.
Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing, on a frequent basis.
Ability to focus and complete tasks throughout workday in office environment.
