Sales Product Specialist / Pre‑Sales profile
to sit at the intersection of product, sales, and GTM execution.
The Role This is a highly commercial, product‑facing role focused on supporting sales conversations, shaping go‑to‑market strategy, and driving early customer adoption of new products and features. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech, acting as the product expert in customer‑facing situations, translating customer needs into clear value propositions, and helping turn product ideas into revenue. This role is well‑suited to someone from a pre‑sales, sales engineering, product marketing, or GTM background who enjoys being close to customers and influencing deals through strong product knowledge.
What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the product specialist in live sales cycles, supporting discovery, demos, and use‑case validation
Partner with Sales to articulate product value and improve deal outcomes
Support go‑to‑market initiatives for new products and features, from early validation through to first customers
Run customer interviews, feedback sessions, and proof‑of‑concept discussions
Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to shape MVPs and refinements based on market feedback
Track product adoption, customer feedback, and commercial signals to inform prioritisation
Help refine messaging, enablement materials, and demo narratives
What They’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in a sales‑facing product role (Pre‑Sales, Sales Engineer, Product Marketing, GTM, or similar)
Strong commercial mindset with confidence in customer‑facing environments
Ability to explain complex products clearly and persuasively
Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing
Data‑driven approach to validating ideas and measuring impact
Proactive, hands‑on mindset suited to a fast‑moving scale‑up
Nice to Have
Experience in Hospitality Tech, Travel Tech, HR Tech, or Fintech
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Exposure to MVP launches, beta programmes, or early product rollouts
Fluent German and professional English
