POSITION SPECIFICS The Department of Mechanical Engineering is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar under the direction of Dr. Sukwon Choi.
Job Duties
Perform thermal characterization and modeling of high power wide bandgap semiconductor devices
The model will be used to design device-level thermal management solutions for high power wide bandgap semiconductor devices
Work closely with industrial collaborators to improve the thermal design of working devices
Qualifications & Requirements
PhD in mechanical engineering or a related field as of the hire date
Background in heat transfer, semiconductor device physics, or a related field
A CV including the applicant's previous research experience and publication list needs to be submitted to apply.
