Work Setting:
This is a home-based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll be working in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT): As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.
Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Track progress through accurate session data and notes
Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
Training & Certification Support
We provide paid onboarding training
40‑hour RBT course included
You’ll be mentored and supervised every step of the way
No RBT certification yet? No problem — we’ll help you get there!
What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with children and helping others grow
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification
Schedule & Hours
Part‑time and full‑time Behavior Technician (BT) positions available
Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
