About the Role
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Responsibilities
Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross-training and annual re-certification training.
Review Quality Control Records.
Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process.
Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures.
Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns.
Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification.
Physical requirements: frequent bending and reaching, ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.
Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Compensation & Benefits Summary Location: USA - OH - Columbus - Bethel Rd
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $22.19 - $30.51
