Case Management:

Oversee RBT Schedules & Supervision: Manage the schedules of RBTs, ensuring adequate staffing and consistency in service delivery. Supervise and support RBTs in implementing individualized treatment plans, providing real-time feedback, and ensuring fidelity to ABA protocols.

Conduct Initial Assessments & Re-Assessments: Complete comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and periodic re‑assessments of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective intervention.

Develop & Review Treatment Plans (ITPs): Collaborate with the clinical team to develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on client assessments and progress. Modify interventions as needed to maximize client outcomes.

Parent & Caregiver Training: Provide training to parents and caregivers on how to implement behavior intervention strategies at home, supporting them in reinforcing ABA principles in everyday situations.

Behavioral Interventions & Crisis Management: Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients exhibiting challenging behaviors and ensure appropriate interventions are in place. Provide crisis management and de‑escalation techniques as needed.

Monitor Client Progress: Review data collected by RBTs and other team members, analyze client progress, and ensure that therapy sessions are meeting established goals. Adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Supervision & Leadership:

Supervise RBTs: Oversee and mentor RBTs, providing supervision, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure RBTs are properly trained on treatment protocols and consistently adhere to clinical standards.

Staff Development: Provide ongoing professional development for RBTs, offering support and feedback to enhance their skill sets and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Director and other team members to ensure alignment between client goals, treatment plans, and service delivery. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss clinical challenges, client progress, and areas for improvement.

Administrative Duties:

Clinical Documentation: Ensure that all client documentation is accurate, timely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documents.

Maintain Billable Hours: Consistently meet the required 25 billable hours per week by providing direct client care and supervising RBTs.

Compliance & Ethics: Maintain knowledge of and adhere to the ethical guidelines and legal standards related to ABA practice. Ensure that all therapy services align with industry best practices and comply with company policies.
