Red Bank High School is a 9‑12 school located in Chattanooga, TN. We promote innovation and project‑based learning while encouraging students and teachers to collaborate, create, and engage. We are home to the BlueCross Technology Academy (a Future Ready Institute focused on engineering and computer science) and a VW eLab. We are also the site of the Red Bank Community School – the first of this community‑based model in Hamilton County. RBHS works to enable all students to graduate with high academic achievement and the social preparation needed to be globally competitive and responsible citizens. In addition, we have a wide variety of athletic, clubs, and extra‑curricular activities available for students. We are looking for teachers with innovative teaching strategies, deep understanding of content, and the ability to engage and connect with students. Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families Create a well‑managed, structured classroom environment Participate in ongoing professional development and reflection Link to full Job Descriptions What We’re Looking For
Positive, student‑focused educators with strong content and classroom management skills Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities Committed to high expectations and academic achievement for all students Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous growth Experience in Title I or high‑need school settings is a plus Passion for supporting the whole child academically and socially Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Valid Tennessee teaching license in 6‑12 English or current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program Compensation & Additional Info
Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00 Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan Benefits Licensure Job Details
