Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Toddler Teacher located in the Chicago/ Lincolnwood area, IL. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age‑appropriate lessons, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment, and ensuring the safety and well‑being of toddlers in their care. Key tasks include preparing educational activities, supervising children during play, conducting daily reports for parents, and collaborating with fellow teachers to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Qualifications
Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development for young children Experience in education and teaching with toddlers or preschool‑aged children Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff Experience in training or mentoring peers in an educational environment Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for child development Understanding of safety and hygiene standards in child care Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
