Lead Infant Teacher – Celebree School
Job Summary As an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Celebree School™, you will help shape the earliest stages of child development in a nurturing and enriching environment. Your mission is to weave Celebree’s vision, mission, and values into every step of our infants’ and toddlers’ journey while providing developmentally age‑appropriate, meaningful experiences. You will also guide classroom aides through their transition into early childhood education with confidence and compassion.

Responsibilities
Navigate the day's activities alongside infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they take their first steps.
Manage the infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors.
Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum.
Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish.
Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking.
Qualifications
Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
This position requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children and knowledge of childcare licensing requirements.
The ability to manage a classroom, including strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. Patience, flexibility.
